What you're buying

One credit buys one pack: three ten-second MP4 ads generated from the photos you upload, in the shape you chose. Credits don't expire.

If a render fails

If all three clips in a pack fail, your credit is returned automatically — you'll see it back on your account straight away. If one or two land and you're not happy with them, email us and we'll put the credit back by hand.

Your photos and your clips

You keep every right you had in the photos you upload, and you own the clips we make from them. We store both so your account keeps working; ask us to delete them and we will. We only show a customer's work as an example if they've said yes in writing.

What we ask of you

Upload photos you have the right to use. Don't use Tenspot for anything illegal, or to make ads for someone else's product without their say-so.

Generated video

The clips are machine-generated from your still. It keeps the product as shown, but it's an interpretation of it — check each clip before you post it as an ad.
